At just 18 years old, Wong joined the Aritzia team as a part-time sales associate in 1987. Twenty-five years later she's now the Chief Operating Officer. Wong's impressive advancement can be attributed to a potent combination of commitment, ambition and an innate business acumen. Her integral involvement in Aritzia's growth includes overseeing its U.S. expansion and launching Aritzia's new e-commerce site, due later this year. One of the challenges Wong faces as a leader of a growing organization is her inability to draw on previous work experiences. Rising through the ranks to become Aritzia’s Chief Operating Officer in 2007, and the recipient of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 Award in 2008, Jennifer embodies the core values Aritzia is known for; she is creative, disciplined, passionate, and committed to the company, dedicating her career to successfully building the brand and the business.
